We currently ship our products to USA.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not prepared or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. These timeframes are provided as estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, the customer’s location, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before the order is finalized.
A shipping confirmation email including tracking information will be sent once the order has left our warehouse. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional fees may apply for reshipment.
If a package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that we can initiate an investigation with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution.
